Every large customer or every customer group with similar requirements is managed by a contact person (single point of contact) looking after all his needs. During the project execution, this contact person has access to services from the different manufacturing and assembly groups as well as services from purchasing and engineering. Additional teams offer technical, logistic and administrative support.
