For decades, we have been actively commited to vocational education. We provide around 15 apprentices with the specific skills they will need later in their daily work as professionals. In doing so, we give young people a strong foundation for a successful professional future.
We offer young professionals apprenticeships in various technical and business fields: polymechanic, design engineer, business administrator, IT specialist, production mechanic and logistics specialist. For the manufacturing-related profession of polymechanic, we operate our own training workshop which is directly integrated into our production operations.

Application process

1Orientation internship During a non-binding orientation internship (e.g. the Frauenfeld Region Career Exploration Program), we will introduce you to one or more careers at Jossi AG as part of a group of high school students over the course of half a day.

2Internship for job applicants Through a job-search internship, you can immerse yourself in Jossi's world and spend a few days getting to know your chosen career more closely.

3Application Are you excited about the work, have you completed a trial internship, and would you like to secure the corresponding apprenticeship position? If so, we look forward to receiving your application. If you have any questions about the apprenticeship position, please contact the responsible trainer.

4Apprenticeship Once we receive your apprenticeship contract, we are delighted to welcome you to the Jossi team. By signing the contract, you will be automatically registred in the vocational school.
